Over the past year, we followed the creation of Porto’s Digital Gallery, a collaboration between the Galeria Municipal do Porto and Porto Digital.

Through digital installations by 13 artists, this gallery activates multiple points across the city and seeks new ways of looking at public space. We spoke with some of these artists to understand how they shaped each of these sites.

From interpreting testimonies from resident communities to understanding the city as a sensory stage, each artist reflected the city in a distinct way—creating new worlds or rethinking its histories, communities, and identities. In collaboration with the Galeria Municipal do Porto and Porto Digital, we’ve brought these conversations together in this documentary.
